2017 Haciendas – A Parade of Homes

Haciendas – A Parade of Homes in Santa Fe, presented by the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association, is one of the nation’s most recognized parade of homes spread over two long weekends in mid-August every year. Visitors from all over the world travel to this event to experience Santa Fe’s famed historic architecture showcasing indigenous materials and local craftsmanship.

In 2016, we received awards for Best Craftsmanship for our construction on 1133 East Alameda and 2216 Wilderness Arroyo. 1133 East Alameda was also recognized for Best Historic Remodel. This year, we will feature two homes in Haciendas: 120 Camino Encantado Road and 16 Amberwood Drive.

120 Camino Encantado Road is a thoughtful remodel of a classic Pueblo Revival-style home. It is the epitome of elegance and livability and is ready to be loved by its next caretakers. Ideally located near the downtown area, the residence is two minutes from the Plaza, yet is privately sited so that homes on either side are completely hidden. Very visible, however, are stunning panoramic views of Sun & Moon, the Jemez Mountains and other westerly vistas.
