Wilderness Gate

A complete teardown. The existing home was dated and in disrepair.  However, it sat on one of the best lots in the Wilderness Gate subdivision with 5 acres of privacy, 360-degree city and mountain views, all while being close to town.  Woods took it down to the slab and is now rebuilding it with a soft, contemporary style, and an open, clean floor plan filled with natural light and breathtaking views from every room. Massive sliders bring the outside in, while exposed steel, antique limestone fireplace, and whitewashed white oak wood flooring exemplifies Woods soft, contemporary style.
